Wow, it's been over a month since I posted last! I have been exceedingly lazy the last few weeks. I think the extra driving to and from Ramona was getting to me more than I realized. But now Eric is done with baseball and school so my stress has been lessened there. Also, we are fully moved out of the CMR house so I sleep better now that that is done too.
Living in Ramona has been good so far, once we are up here it seems so relaxed. Because we are so far away from the conveniences of town we usually choose to let the little things go without all the errands making the day too busy. I feel the best way to describe it is to compare it to our Sunday Sabbath patterns. Just like on Sunday's if we are already home for the afternoon and get low on milk, or someone wants a haircut, I just say "it can wait until we are in town tomorrow" and I don't have to make the trip because it will take too long to drive around.
I started working 5 days a week today. My hours are awesome working from 8-12, it gives me a great feeling when I get to leave the office and spend the afternoon with my kids knowing that all my co-workers are still there, but that I am doing the right thing for my family. I found a great part-time "summer" babysitter who is home from college and will come to my house and play with the kids for 5 hours in the morning. And, she doesn't charge much at all which makes the working hours for me even more beneficial.
I think I am enjoying being a hermit for now. I have read so many hours of books and get a lot of sleep, but I do miss seeing my friends and I am not sure how long I will like my hermit lifestyle before it just turns into being lonely and friendless.
I still don't have internet connection in my room, and that means still no pictures. The kids have adjusted really well, I think they like the space to run around outside. Eric practices baseball as if his life depends on it and also love's my parents Wii games. (I do too of course) Katie loves the huge strawberry patch, I often find her out there picking off dozens of berries to eat. One day I know she is going to make herself sick of them.

Wow. It sounds really nice so far. What books are you reading? I miss seeing you and have been wondering how things are going. I am glad your hours are working out right now.
I just finished I Capture The Castle for the second time and really loved it again. I am trying to go through all the books I've read once again to see what I can get out of them the second time.
Miss you all too!
